Delta Partnership is in the Caribbean…
- developing and implementing a performance management system for the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat in Guyana;
- supporting the Ministry of Education in Jamaica to develop stronger policy making, planning, resourcing, monitoring and evaluating functions and to manage a decentralised educational delivery system more effectively.
Delta Partnership is in East Africa….
- for 3 years establishing a knowledge management and communication centre for HIV/AIDS in Uganda;
- developing and conducting training on Administration Services for the Ministry of interior, and the Ministry of Women & Social Affairs in Puntland;
- providing strategic support to the civil service reform programme in Ethiopia for the Department for International Development (DFID) and the Ministry of Capacity Building;
- contributing to the Tackling Corruption Project in Tanzania to improve the effectiveness and to streamline the objectives of their planning and reporting systems;
- leading a team to provide support to the Ministry of East African Community (EAC) affairs and the Government of Tanzania to strategise and implement the National programme for integration, the Ministerial Strategy and the allied communications plan;
- providing strategic support to the Tanzanian 5 year programme to support civil society in demanding accountability in service provision;
- providing strategic planning for an East Africa forum for women and trade, funded by Trademark East Africa;
- supporting the institutional development of the ASAL secretariat in Kenya for the government of Kenya.
